The Nintendo download this week has arrived in America, and we believe that we can see two overwhelming themes in this collection of titles: pretty author animals and horrible destructive apocalypse. The highlights of SWITCH SHOP This time are Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time, Stubby The Zombie in Rebel Without A Pulse and Cyanide & Happiness — FreakPocalypse. In order: cute animals fighting Apocalypse, the Zombie Apocalypse and a cute apocalypse. If all this is a bit too dark for you, so do not worry, Animal Crossing: New Horizons is also honored this week, just in time for an inspired event of Super Mario Bros. Buy clothes, furniture and even Warp pipes in the way of Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach and the rest of their friends (and enemy friends) to celebrate Mario's 35th anniversary.
Speaking of Mario, all the shop celebrates this week its 35th anniversary, which means that you can save 35% on some Mario games for the duration of the event. This offer includes Super Mario Maker 2, Mario Tennis Aces, the Super Mario Party game and even Luigi's Mansion 3. Personally, we recommend the latter, because Luigi needs more love. If you prefer to check the savings on all these games before engaging in anything you can do it here. My Nintendo members will also win gold points on eligible digital purchases, if it softens the pot. These offers will only last until 11:59 pm (Pacific Time) on March 13, then skip on while you have the opportunity.
The following titles are also new on Shop:
